Description

Chased Turkish Dallah

dallah (Arabic: دلة‎‎) is a traditional Arabic coffee pot used for centuries to brew and serve Qahwa (gahwa), an Arabic or Gulf coffee made through a multi-step ritual, and Khaleeji, a spicy, bitter coffee traditionally served during feasts like Eid al-Fitr.

A wonderful brass/copper Chased Turkish Dallah with heavy lid and long thin spout. The piece is in excellent complete condition. A very unique and ornate Dallah, with 3 dangling charms on chain, two at the back of the lid where the handle begins and one at the front of the spout. Beauty chased by hand.
